1. 30-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Original tags (if applicable) must still be attached
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Item should be in the same condition in which it was received
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
2. How to Request a Return

- Reason for the return
- Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
Please note: Items sent back without prior return authorization may not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
- A wrong size due to fulfillment error
Contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- Incorrect products received
- Incorrect sizes due to order fulfillment errors

5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
6. Refund Process
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take 5–7 business days
- Refunds are processed within up to 7 business days after approval.
- Depending on your financial institution, the refund may require additional time to appear in your account
7. Promotional Discounts and Coupon Codes
Discounts and promotional codes must be applied during checkout before payment is completed.
We cannot apply discounts or provide partial refunds for promotions that were not used during the original purchase.
